Shipping & Returns

• Shipping: Delivered curbside on a pallet by a freight carrier. No shipping outside the lower 48 U.S. states.

• Tracking: Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed within 24 hours.

• Damage Upon Arrival: Inspect your delivery and report any damage immediately. Email photos and your order info to support@octor.shop for a swift resolution.

Order Process

• Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email once your order is placed. We’ll verify availability and confirm shipment within 5 business days.

• Backorders: If the item is unavailable, we’ll cancel the pre-authorization and notify you.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Before Shipping: Cancel free of charge anytime before your order ships (excluding custom-made items).

• After Shipping: Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee + return shipping. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange your product, you may do so. However, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after inspection of the returned product.
